Did you know that where we are located, 44 Henley Beach Road, Mile End, this very spot, was once a greengrocer between 1955-1973? It was owned by a couple of Greek families.
Back then food would have been simpler. It was a community mainstreet with a baker, butcher, newsagent & post office just nearby.

Later it was a homewares wholesaler, then a bridal store and then it sat empty for a while. 

We were really glad to bring the old vacant building back to life. When we renovated the old building there were newspapers under the 3 layers of lyno that were from 1910, we also found some really old medicine bottles in the old fireplace that had been bordered up for a very long time.

There is easy bike & puppy parking out the front, bus stop 2 is just nearby, as well as free easy street parking out the front or on the side street. It's about a 5 minute drive from the Adelaide CBD (10 minute bike ride), directly on the right-hand side of Henley Beach road when coming from the city, before South Road.
