At The Simple Market we take pride in delivering the best quality Organic fruit & veg at reasonable prices. If your expectations have not been met, we would love to hear from you to make it right.

Online Refund & Returns 

If something's not quite right with your online order, please contact us straight away and we will do what we can to put it right.

If a product is not quite right, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.  Any refunds will be made to the original method of payment or gift card if this is not available.

In order to improve our service, we may ask for photos of any damaged or products with quality concerns so that we can  continually improve our service to you.

Certain types of items cannot be returned for a change of mind like perishable goods (such as fresh produce, chilled g & frozen goods) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
