Shipping & Delivery
We are a natural and organic grocer in Mile End, with a passion for simple living. Most of what we do still happens across the counter, but plenty of our pantry, wholefoods and low tox range now travels too, so if you cannot get in to see us, we can send the shop to you instead.
It is the same idea the shop was built on. Good food, chosen with care, in the one place and at fair prices. Rather than gathering your staples and everyday essentials from a handful of shops and websites, you get them in the one order, packed together and on their way. Kinder on the planet, and a little more time left over for the simple things.
Free shipping across Adelaide and most of the country. The threshold lifts a little for remote and rural areas, because they cost more for us to reach.
How free shipping works
Spend over $150 and shipping is on us across Adelaide and most of the country. The further out an order travels the higher that threshold climbs. Under the threshold a flat rate applies, based on where you are. Pop another thing or two in the cart to tip over the line and the shipping is free.

Pick up from Mile End
Choose Pick up at checkout and we will do the shopping for you, ready to collect from the shop at 44 Henley Beach Road, Mile End the next day. Pick up is free, and you can grab your fresh bits while you are in.
Fresh food is pick up only
Our fresh range, the produce, dairy, eggs, bread, meat and anything chilled or frozen, is available for in store pick up only. It does not travel well in a parcel, so it is not something we post. Everything in our pantry, wholefoods, low tox and lifestyle range ships right across the country.
Dispatch and delivery times
We pack and send orders within one to two business days. Once your parcel is on its way you will get tracking by email. From there delivery usually takes two to three business days around Adelaide and the eastern states, and a little longer to reach remote and rural areas.
Our packaging
Where we can, we pack your order in clean recycled materials passed on to us by our suppliers. It is not always possible, but reusing what we already have beats sending out something brand new.
Frequently asked questions
Click and Collect
How does Click and Collect work?
You order from the comfort of home, work or wherever you are, and we do the shopping for you, so you have more time for simple living. Add to the basket, choose your pickup time, check out, and your order is ready to collect the next day.
Is there a cost for Click and Collect?
No, Click and Collect is free. You order, we do the shopping for you, and you collect the next day at no extra cost.
Is everything there when I order it?
Generally yes. We have run a physical shop here since 2017. From time to time something is out of stock, the quality is not quite up to scratch, or the weight comes out a little different to what you ordered. We will adjust it and let you know of the change.
How do you choose quality?
Our team picks the freshest and best they can find for you. Now and then with organic produce a snail might have nibbled the edge of a spinach leaf, or a broccoli is not its usual shape. If something is funky or not right, tell us so we can make it good. We aim to pick it the way you would in store.
What do you pack my Click and Collect order in?
Paper bags made from recycled materials, or cardboard boxes you can recycle at home. Fresh produce comes loose, or in compostable or paper bags. Once you are home we would pop certain veggies into a sealed bag or container to keep the moisture in.
What if I forget to pick up my order?
We will send you a message and hold your order until the end of the day. After that we have to treat it as abandoned, since we have limited space and cannot promise the quality if it sits too long. Life gets away from simple living sometimes, so if you know you will be late, give us a call and we will work something out. We are here to make it easy, within reason.
How do you check it is me picking up?
Just show us the email receipt, or give us your order number. After a while we will know you by face, or by your car.
Where do I collect my order?
Our counter is at the back left of the shop. Wait there and we will get it organised for you, and if you need a hand to the car just ask. Or call us on (08) 7080 1047 and wait in the car, and we will bring it out to you.
Shipping
Do you deliver?
We do now. Alongside Click and Collect, we post our pantry, wholefoods and low tox range right across Australia. Enter your postcode at checkout for your rate. Fresh food stays pick up only, as it does not travel well in a parcel.
When is shipping free?
Spend over $150 and shipping is on us across Adelaide and most of the country. Remote and rural areas have a slightly higher threshold, set out in the rates above.
How long will my posted order take?
We pack and send within one to two business days, then it is in Australia Post's hands. Most metro orders land in two to three business days, with remote and rural areas taking a little longer. Tracking comes through by email once it is on its way.
Can I get fresh food posted?
No, fresh food is pick up only. The produce, dairy, eggs, bread, meat and anything chilled or frozen does not survive a parcel. Everything in our pantry, wholefoods and low tox range ships anywhere in the country.
What if my cart has fresh and pantry items together?
If your cart includes a fresh pick up only item, the whole order will be set to pick up from the shop. If you would like your pantry items posted, pop the fresh items into a separate pick up order.
What do you pack posted orders in?
Where we can, we pack in clean recycled materials passed on to us by our suppliers. It is not always possible, but reusing what we already have beats sending out something brand new.
Do you ship overseas?
Not at the moment. We ship within Australia only for now.
Good to know
Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order. Shop as little or as much as you like.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, just let us know at least two hours before your scheduled time, which is before we have started picking. After that there is a $12 cancellation fee, as the team has to pick, pack, unpack and then put the stock back.
Is your favourite product out of stock online?
Pop it into the comments section of your order. We may have just taken delivery and not updated the site just yet.
