The result delivers a harmonious body with muscatel sweetness and a fresh, enlivening finish which is ideal for black or with milk To brew: use a heaped teaspoon (approximately 2.5 g) per 250 ml cup. Infuse with water at 85–95 °C for 3–4 minutes. Strain and enjoy as is or add milk if you prefer.
