Willlunga Hills organic kalamata olives 500g

These local, certified organic Kalamata olives have been a favourite of ours since day one.

A few years ago, Tasman took over Willunga Hills Organics from his family, who’ve been lovingly tending the grove since 1978. They are truly wonderful people.

Each jar is packed to the brim, and the flavour? Just incredible. Maybe it’s the red wine vinegar they use to preserve the olives, finished with a drizzle of their own certified organic olive oil. It gives them a beautifully unique depth of flavour.

For your next dinner party, serve them simply in a bowl, or warm them gently with olive oil, a sprig of rosemary or thyme, and a squeeze of lemon.
