Home Made Granola Recipe

Every now and again we face something called Breakfast Rut. It is during this time we like to add something different and usually, it is a homemade granola - Olive Oil, Maple & Sea Salt Granola.

Ingredients
3 Cups Organic Oats (you can use Buckinis if you're after a GF option)
1 Cup Organic Pumpkin Seeds
1 Cup Organic Raw Almonds (chopped)
1/2 Cup Organic Maple Syrup (you can use less depending on the sweetness you're after)
1/2 Cup Organic Sultanas
1/2 Cup Organic Willunga Olive Oil
2 pinches Celtic sea salt
1./2 tsp of Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Cacao Nibs

Method
1. Preheat oven to 160 C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
2. Mix oats, almonds, sultanas & pumpkin seeds
3. Mix maple, olive and vanilla extract into separate bowl and add 1tbsp of very hot water.
4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stir till evenly coated.
5. Spread evenly across a couple of baking trays and bake for 20-30 mins until golden, checking on it every 10 mins to stir around. Sprinkle the cacao nibs on top at the 20 minute mark.
6. Once cooled place in an airtight container or jar.
