It’s one of our favourite pastas. We’ve written about this one before, but it’s the texture and how you feel after that people come back for it.
Most wheat has pretty intense glyphosate which might be the reason some people feel better without gluten, but is it the gluten or is it the glyphosate?
It uses the Bronze Die cut extrusion method (rough) rather than Teflon Die Cut (smooth), so the sauce holds better. Right now because it's summer, we are loving making home-made pesto with the biodynamic basil we have in store.
